GFI Energy Ventures LLC Purchases Turbine Generator Maintenance, Inc.

Cape Coral, FL - Turbine Generator Maintenance, Inc. (TGM), one of the leading independent providers of field and shop services to the turbine generator market in the United States, was acquired by a fund managed by GFI Energy Ventures LLC (GFI) on July 2, 2007. The transaction allows TGM to grow as an independent service provider, backed by the financial resources, sector expertise, and industry relationships of one of the largest private equity funds focused in this area.
