New York, NY - Caminus LLC today named its executive
management team to further the company's growth as the leader in providing
strategic software solutions and consulting services to the energy markets.
The new management team was appointed as Caminus acquired the remaining
interests in ZAI*NET Software, L.P., the forefront developer of energy
trading, risk management and scheduling systems.
The acquisition creates a fully consolidated company under the Caminus
name which also includes the former Caminus Energy, Ltd., based in Cambridge,
UK, the leading European energy consultancy specializing in strategic,
economic and regulatory advice in competitive energy markets. The ZAI*NET
Software product line will continue to be offered under the name ZAI*NET.
The new management team at Caminus was chosen for their unique strengths
and industry backgrounds. The position of Chief Executive Officer has
been filled by David Stoner, formerly the President & Chief Operating
Officer at SS&C Technologies Inc., CT. Before joining SS&C, David was
President and Chief Operating Officer of The Dodge Group, Inc. and Executive
Vice President, Worldwide Operations at Marcam Corporation, an international
provider of enterprise applications and services. At Marcam, he helped
build revenues from $8 million to over $200 million.

business to bring high value solutions to the competitive energy market,"
stated David Stoner, Caminus LLC CEO. "This is a strong foundation to
continue the expansion of products and services that provide true competitive
advantage to our clients."
Nigel Evans was appointed Director of European Operations. As the Chairman
and Chief Executive Nigel established Caminus Energy Ltd. in 1985 and
was responsible for developing the company into the premier provider of
strategic consulting services in the UK.

a unique position to add value to many of our clients and potential clients
by increasing their international outlook," said Dr. Evans.
Brian Scanlan, founder and former President of ZAI*NET Software, L.P.
is the new Chief Technology Officer for Caminus. Brian founded ZAI*NET
in 1987 and has been the driving force behind ZAI*NET's product development
and overall growth.
